About this policy
This policy explains what personal information The Resonance Group ("we", "us") collects through this website and our equipment financing application, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, mobile number and email address, and the answers you give in our application, such as the equipment you want to finance, its rough price, when you need it, how long your business has been operating, a self-reported credit range, the down payment you have in mind, and whether you are the owner or the person who signs for the business.
Your consent to be contacted: a record of the consent you give on our application to receive calls and text messages, including when you gave it.
Information collected automatically: when you visit this website, we and our service providers may collect information about your device and visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the advertisement that brought you here. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
Credit information: answering our application does not pull your credit. If you choose to go ahead with a financing request, we or our financing partners may obtain your credit report with your authorization.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and review your financing request; to contact you by phone, text message and email about your inquiry and any call you book with us; to match your request with a suitable financing program and, with your permission, submit it; to operate, secure and improve this website and our application; to measure and improve our advertising; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send messages about your financing inquiry and any call you book with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share your information
We share personal information only as follows: with service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship and communications platform, website hosting, and analytics and advertising services, which may use it only to provide services to us; with our financing partners, when you choose to go ahead with a financing request, so they can review it; when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of The Resonance Group, our customers or others; and as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use this website and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust how ads are shown to you in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
Your choices and rights
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you by telling us on a call or contacting us below. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you; to ask us to delete or correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Our use of advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out of it by contacting us. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
